Because some of our pieces are handmade or produced in small batches, processing times may vary by product.
Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Certain handmade or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time. If additional time is required, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

Shipping
Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authorities.
These fees are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping Delays
We always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.
However, VERDELIA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or natural disasters.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, VERDELIA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
If your package appears to have a delivery issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Returns
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for returns due to personal preference or change of mind.
VERDELIA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
